Following my call this morning 28/10/2021 I had made a request for the second time to make a complaint against Oakleigh Road surgery who I feel have no interest in how I have been left with a body in Haringey mortuary over 6 years 7 mths for more reasons than one.
Like the NHS I also record my calls because of my entire life of nothing but rejections as my child abuse has been dragged into the worse time of my entire life of my son Ambrose Garfield Gene Ball going missing leading me to believe that I was going to see those held accountable for the abuse suffered from a baby and throughout my entire childhood in the care of NSPCC and Lambeth council to be denied justice after years of of being dragged down a road of hell by those who have excluded myself and my twin sister from the inquiry aka IICSA altogether ignoring all we suffered to still be here being treated as I have by NHS Barnet in the way I have since the killing of my son has been the same treatment I have had to live with my whole life.
My records will show that my twin sister and I had made a complaint back in 2015 because of the way Dr Hassine brushed off what my twin sister was telling her to the point by the next day, after my brother in law would not leave the surgery, Dr Hassine came to my home, as soon as she saw me said to get me to the hospital as I am sure Barnet Hospital will confirm that if I had not got to the hospital when my twin sister got me there, the next day I would have been dead. Dr Free attended that meeting and knows that they failed me then to have to be treated as I have that not even the call my twin sister had made to not even be logged as this call proves.

6 YEARS AND 9 MTHS LEFT WITH A BODY IN HARINGEY COUNCIL MORTUARY

For Jacqueline Reed who left the day inquest started Monday 11/1/2016 who can have so much input who can tell me to not put anything out on social media but yet DCI Stewart Hill, Sharon Freeman Woods, Barry McCarthy put out all the information that simply took the attention away from the last place my child was seen alive, the Fox pub and have kept the facts away from the Fox pub for almost 7 years without a single witness, police officer, member of government or senior members of the law enforcement has ever acknowledged what the 3 main police officers Hill, Freeman Woods and McCarthy have all walked away from leaving me in the same situation as I was left in by the UK missing persons unit in Colindale by Rebecca Bird who ignored every single call we had made over the weekend in question, yet Bird lied under oath as she looked me right in my face and told me it was not she who was dealing with me over that weekend and Walker just simply allowed the lies to roll out of each and every single senior member of our so called protect and serve filthy police force without even questioning them.
If Bird was not dealing with me, then why did Walker not insist on calling the officer who was dealing with me if it was not Bird?
Why has CPS IPCC/IOPC Mr Chris Lovatt, Commissioner Cindy Butts never ever asked this vital question as to who was dealing with me to not send police officers to attend to a repeat distressed caller waiting at the location for assistance to never seeing a single uniform attend Tottenham marshes for 56 hours, this is not the way any judge or jury would have allowed what Andrew Walker done who simply turned his back on without fear or favour as if what we were saying meant absolutely nothing?
We have complained to BBC before during and after the airing of what was set up to cover up for the police who were last seen around my half naked son that just went in one ear and straight out the other, and once “This is Tottenham” was aired this destroyed any hopes of Ambrose Garfield Gene Ball getting the media attention that he deserved helped by the circle of people in place who are being funded to ignore what the police are covering up.
To have Barnet coroners court Andrew Walker to feel he can treat my family in the way he has without repercussion’s has really underestimated me and my love for my family.

The way Barnet mental health have treated me since living in Barnet has been everything that Lambeth, NSPCC and the government have shown to me throughout my entire life from a baby to this very day as if I am so worthless to be ignored to this level with all the evidence I have that proves the police, CPS, IPCC/IOPC, David Lammy, Theresa Villiers, David Cameron, Theresa May, Boris Johnson, Jeremy Corbyn, Diane Abbott, Keir Starmer, inquest aka Deborah Coles, Stafford Scott and the Monitoring group, Mark Duggan‘s baby mama Temi Mwale, Lee Jasper, 4 members of the Lawrence family, Doreen Lawrence, Neville Lawrence, Stuart Lawrence and Mr Lee Lawrence, Black Lives Matter UK, Human rights, Nexus Chambers Imran Khan who I had contacted in the very beginning who has not only dealt with all I have mentioned surrounding death by police but also represented the Shirley Oaks Survivor’s with Lynton Orrett who helped to get the £100 million to compensate those who suffered in the care of Lambeth only to totally ignore us and our evidence as lawyers are paid to ignore what we suffered by only going on what Lambeth, Raymond Stevenson was set up to focus on and ignore the rest of out childhood destroyed knowing all that still remains the same to this very day in the ongoing cover up of both our child abuse and the killing of my first born leaving me with a body in Haringey Council over 6 years and 7 months as Walker continues to disrespect me by totally ignoring all the evidence that he has had in front of him since 24/4/2015.
Now I know I have been so fuckin good and not caused a riot as this is the last thing I ever want to be part of to give young thugs the reasons to burn and loot who have never ever once acknowledged what this establishment are continuing to attempt to bury in almost 7 years, so why would I want to be used as the reason for Stafford Scott’s approach that only takes the attention away from the corrupt police, after all that is what Scott is paid to do.
